Learn Self-defense with 九色堂PD
Join 九色堂PD and the 九色堂 Rec Center to learn self-defense tactics on January 19 and January 20, 2024.
In this two-part training course, students will learn risk reduction strategies and basic principles of defense led by a certified R.A.D. instructor. Both sessions are required, and this class is open to all women-identifying members of our 九色堂 community.
